What are the general requirements to hire a car?

All drivers must hold a valid driving license for at least 1 year and minimum driver’s age is 23yrs.

How can I pay for my reservation?

You can either choose to prepay the cost of your online reservation or make a 20% deposit by credit card (we accept all major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard and American Express, Discover, Diner’s, Masterpass Wallet) or bank transfer and then pay the balance at location.

Can I change my reservation? Is there a charge?

You can make changes to a reservation by written request via e-mail or contact form through our web site. No modification administration fee will be made for changes. Any change to a booking made will be recalculated based on the availability and prices at the time the change is made. This may be greater or less than the price originally booked.

What if I have a problem with the car?

If you should have the misfortune to suffer a breakdown, you should immediately contact wheels4u rental office.

What happens if I return the car late?

We reserve the right to make a Late Return Charge to compensate us for the costs we incur in finding an alternative vehicle to satisfy our next booking for your vehicle and for our administration costs in contacting you to return the vehicle.

Can anyone else other than myself drive the car?

Only drivers included in the rental agreement are allowed to drive a vehicle belonging to WHEELS4U.

How much does it cost to add an additional driver?

There is no additional cost for the second driver.

How can I book a car online?

Start by filling in the required information in our booking platform. When you use our online booking, your reservation is automatically confirmed.

Will I receive a confirmation for my reservation?

Upon successful completion of your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email at the e-mail address you provided during your reservation.

What happens if I do not show up on the specified pick-up date and time? Is there a charge?

If you fail to cancel your reservation prior to the Pick Up Time and do not collect the vehicle on the Pick Up Date, or if you fail to comply with the rental terms, we reserve the right to make a No Show/Lost Rental Charge which recovers our administration costs and compensates us for our inability to rent the vehicle reserved for your use. This charge will be equal to the fee of two rental days based on the prices at the time of the rental period.

What is the policy on off-road driving?

WHEELS4U vehicles are generally intended to be used on asphalt roads./ are to be operated only on regularly maintained roads. Driving on beaches or salt lake areas is forbidden.Off-road use is in violation of the rental agreement.

What happens if I return the car earlier?

In the case you return the car earlier than the agreed delivery date, there will be no refund.

Does WHEELS4U allow Additional Drivers?

Yes, you may add a second driver onto your rental agreement. This must be done at the time of rental. The additional driver must present a valid driving licence at time of rental and must comply with age restrictions.
